Shipping & Returns
Hatikva offers several convenient shipping methods, including Fedex, Fedex Ground, GSO, and USPS. We are pleased to ship to all 50 states and Canada, and to many other countries. Before choosing an expedited shipping method, please understand that many of our items are custom or semi-custom and may not be available for immediate shipment. If you have an urgent deadline, please call or email to discuss your situation so we can meet and exceed your expectations.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance at Hatikva Judaica. We are glad to exchange or issue credit for any damaged, defective, or unwanted products returned to us unopened within 30 days of shipment. Online store credit issued is valid for up to 90 days and can be used for the purchase of any of our products in our online catalog. Unfortunately we are unable to offer credit for shipping, handling, and insurance charges, but the full price of the product will be credited back to you.
Follow these easy steps:
- Call or e-mail our retail showroom at 858-695-9777 or email@example.com for an RMA number associated with your return. If sending an e-mail write “RMA Request” in the subject line and include details in the message body.
- Include the reason for your return and whether or not you want a replacement product or a store credit.
- Repack the item and ship your return to our retail store prepaid, insured and marked clearly with the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages without RMA number may be returned to sender.
- After we have received the package we will promptly issue a credit or send your replacement product accordingly.
General policy exceptions:
- DVD's, CD's, computer software and other multimedia items can only be returned if they are unopened or proven defective. If proven defective they may be replaced for the exact same item only .
- Sterling silver items and mezuzah scroll sales are final and unfortunately cannot be returned or replaced due to their delicate and holy nature.
- Hand made or hand finished products may have small imperfections, but products are thoroughly inspected at our showroom prior to shipment for any design flaws or defects.
- Claims for a shortage, either for receiving an incorrect item or quanity, must be reported to Hatikva within 5 days of shipment delivery for proper resolution.
